Answer: Gov. Bill Richardson of New Mexico.
In any other presidential primary cycle, Richardson would be considered a political crowd favorite because he has a wide and deep public-service resume that demands attention.

PUBLIC SCHEDULE: Week of February 19-25
Wednesday, the Governor will be in Carson City, Nevada for two campaign-related appearances, including a debate sponsored by the Association of Federal, State, County, and Municipal Employees (AFSCME). Also on Wednesday Governor Richardson will hold a news conference in Denver to announce his Colorado campaign team. Saturday the Governor will deliver the keynote address at the Broward County Democratic Party's annual Jefferson-Jackson Dinner in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Sunday, February 25, Governor Richardson will travel to Washington, DC to participate in the National Governors Association Winter Meeting.
